A red wine. Estate grown and bottled. Since 1972, we have hand crafted wines with character and integrity from grapes sustainably grown in our vineyards, offering you a unique experience to share. Our 2005 Z Cuvee is a unique wine of 48% Mourvedre, 29% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 3% Cinsaut. Each grape adds its own flavor characteristics to this wine: Mourvedre's rich blueberry, Grenache's bright raspberry, Syrah's deep blackberry and ripe tannins and Cinsaut's dried herbs and dusty berry. This wine pairs with a wide variety of foods, from mushroom pizza to rosemary crusted rack of lamb. Enjoy it now or cellar for up to 7 years. Clay Brock, Winemaker. Alc 14.5% by vol.
