Rich crystal malts give this beer a deep copper hue and contribute a slight caramel sweetness while the herbal, spicy bitterness from carefully selected whole-cone hops impart a crisp, clean finish and a complimentary mellow noble hop aroma. Zero Impact Brewing: Anderson Valley Brewing Company proudly brews in a completely self-contained water cycle. 100% of our water is sourced from our own wells and all of our used water is sustainably treated and returned within our property in Boonville, CA.
