Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon water for half package). 2. Cover and microwave on high for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage; stir halfway through cooking. 3. Let stand for 1 minute after cooking. 4. Drain and serve. Microwave ovens vary-adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees Fas measured by a food thermometer taken inseveral spots. Microwave Cook Time: Full Pack: 1200 watts; 6 1/2 min. 1000 watts; 7 1/2 min. 800 watts; 9 min. Half Pack: 1200 watts; 4 min. 1000 watts; 4 1/2 min. 800 watts; 5 min. For microwave ovens less than 800 watts, please use stovetop instructions. Stove Top Instructions: 1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water (1/3 cup water for half package). 2. Bring water to a full boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium high. 3. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes (3 to 4 minutes for half package), stirring occasionally. 4. Drain and serve.
