The idea for Amy’s Kitchen was born, along with our daughter Amy, on Nov. 18, 1987. Suddenly there was little time to prepare quality homemade meals. Amy’s Kitchen was created for people like us, looking for a hearty, home-cooked, tasty meal made with only the finest ingredients but with the convenience of a frozen dinner.

We started with a traditional favorite, pot pie. It will remind you of the pot pies you grew up with. Our Vegetable Pot Pie is made with organic vegetables and tofu that are simmered in a creamy sauce, flavored with herbs and spices, then baked in a tender, flaky crust made with organic whole wheat flour. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients

Filtered Water, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Potatoes, Butter (cream, Salt), Organic Carrots, Organic Tofu (filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Magnesium Chloride), Organic Palm Oil, Organic Onions, Organic Peas, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Organic Tamari (water, Organic Soybeans, Organic Alcohol [to Preserve Freshness], Salt), Rice Flour, Sea Salt, Honey, Spices, Black Pepper, Yeast Extract, Turmeric.

Directions

OVENS MAY VARY.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove overwrap. Place bowl on a baking sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 2 minutes. Serve. (If glaze is desired, brush top with butter or milk and honey after first 20 minutes of baking.)

MICROWAVE OVEN Remove overwrap. Place bowl on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let sit 2 minutes. Serve.

TOASTER OVEN Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
