Stove-top Directions: 1. Heat 1/4 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add vegetables. 2. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 6 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Microwave: Microwave Directions: Add vegetables to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200: Time on High: 5:30 to 6:00. 1000: Time on High: 6:00 to 7:00. 700: Time on High: 7:30 to 8:00. Do not microwave in bag. For food safety and quality. Follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 Degree F . Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers.
