Fractionated Coconut Oil, Peppermint Oil, Spearmint Oil, Clove Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Cardamom Oil, Oregano Oil, Fennel Oil, Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Stevia, Vitamin K2

Directions

Directions for Use: Shake well. Place 10-15 ml of Guru Nanda pulling oil in mouth. Gently swish between teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes per use. Spit out and rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Do not swallow. Always brush your teeth after using pulling oil. If spilled on fabrics, clean immediately to avoid staining. Ayurveda recommends tongue cleaning as an additional wellness practice.

Store in a cool, dry place.
