Our signature profile is complex and both bright and bitter, akin to an Italian amaro - we like to say it tastes like summer on the rocks. Sweet on the intake, with a fresh kick of Japanese yuzu, and the invigorating notes of lemon balm, orange and rosemary extract, with a slightly bitter and savory finish.

The Apéritif is a concentrate. Our favorite way to enjoy it is 1 part Ghia, 3 part bubbles (try sparkling water, ginger beer or even kombucha) over ice with a sprig of something green.
