      This tomato and vinegar based sauce is equally balanced and tangy, crafted to honor Western Carolina barbeque traditions. We love it on pulled pork, brisket and smoked chicken, but it’s great on basically everything. Won 1st place in "best vinegar sauce" category at the 2024 World BBQ Championship.

      Lillie's Q products are inspired by family and regional traditions created by an award-winning Chef and 2x World Barbeque Champion, Charlie McKenna.

      Ingredients

      Tomato Concentrate (Water, Tomato Paste), Sugar, Water, Distilled Vinegar, Yellow Mustard (Distilled Vinegar, Water, Mustard Seeds, Salt, Turmeric, Spices, Garlic), Molasses, Less Than 2% Of Spices, Salt, Modified Food Starch, Apple Juice Concentrate, Lime Juice Concentrate, Tamarind Concentrate, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Organic Ketchup Blend (Organic Spices Including Paprika, Sea Salt And Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide)

      Directions

      Shake well.
